What is Chip and PIN?
Chip and PIN is a system for all credit and debit cards, which improves card security and protects you against possible card fraud. This system has greater security benefits and helps to ensure that the card is authentic.
What does this mean for me?
The way we pay for goods and services has changed for the better. When you use your Credit or Laser card you may be asked to enter your PIN (Personal Identification Number) to approve a transaction instead of signing a receipt.
If you have forgotten your PIN
If you have forgotten your Credit Card or Laser PIN, simply call the Customer Services Team on 1890 365 010 who will reissue you with a PIN.
