We give you more support for your day to day banking, with easy access to our dedicated Priority Banking Service on 0818 365 121. You can speak to a team member who can quickly provide the assistance you need – whether you simply want to check your balance or you need emergency cash1 if your card is lost or stolen when abroad.

In order to adhere to Government Covid-19 guidelines, our Priority Banking Service is currently operating 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday.

By using the Priority Banking service you can:

  • Get faster access to credit decisions – we usually have a decision for you within an hour*
  • Access emergency cash for collection at no extra charge
  • Access emergency assistance, such as settling your hotel bill.
