Activation Instructions

To activate your mobile phone, standing order, payee or bill, you now need to enter online the security code you received in the post.

Activation Instructions

  • Activate your Mobile Phone
    To activate your mobile using the security code you received in the post, please follow the instructions below:

    Using 365 online:

    1. Log on to 365 online
    2. Select ‘Manage Accounts’ from the left hand menu
    3. Select ‘Activate My Mobile Phone’
    4. Select ‘Activate’ and click ‘Continue’
    5. Enter the 7 digit security code you received by post and click continue.

    Using the Tablet Banking app:

    1. Login to the Tablet Banking app
    2. Tap the menu symbol on the top left of the app to open the navigation menu
    3. Tap the ‘More Services’ option
    4. Tap ‘Activate my Mobile’
    5. Enter the 7 digit security code you received by post and tap continue

    You can now choose to get security codes sent directly to your mobile phone when adding a new payee or setting up a standing order without having to wait to receive a security code in the post.

  • Activate your Standing Order

    To activate your standing order using the security code you received in the post, please follow the instructions below:

    Using 365 online:

    1. Log on to 365 online
    2. Select ‘Manage Accounts’ from the left hand menu
    3. Select ‘Manage Standing Orders’
    4. Select the account from which you set up the Standing Order
    5. Select the standing order and click ‘Activate’
    6. Enter the 7 digit security code you received by post and click activate.

    Note: For monthly or yearly standing orders you will be asked to enter a start day.

    Using the Tablet Banking app:

    1. Login to the Tablet Banking app
    2. Tap the menu symbol on the top left of the app to open the navigation menu
    3. Tap the ‘Manage Payees’ option
    4. Select ‘Standing Orders’ from the payee type drop-down
    5. Tap the standing order you wish to activate
    6. Tap the activate button that appears on the bottom of the screen
    7. Enter the 7 digit security code you received by post and tap activate

    After you have successfully activated the standing order, please allow one working day for the standing order to show on your current list of standing orders.

  • Activate your Payee / Bill
    To activate your payee or bill using the security code you received in the post, please follow the instructions below:

    Using 365 online;

    1. Log on to 365 online
    2. Select ‘Manage Accounts’ from the left hand menu
    3. Select ‘Manage Payees’
    4. Select the chosen payee and click ‘Activate’
    5. Enter the 7 digit security code you received by post and click activate.

    Using the Tablet Banking app;

    1. Login to the Tablet Banking app
    2. Tap the menu symbol on the top left of the app to open the navigation menu
    3. Tap the ‘Manage Payees’ option
    4. Select a payee type from the drop-down (e.g. SEPA, Bills & Utilities, International)
    5. Tap the payee you wish to activate
    6. Tap the activate button at the bottom of the screen
    7. Enter the 7 digit security code you received by post and tap activate

    Once activated, you can make payments to this payee immediately.

 

User ID Queries

Have you lost or forgotten your Online User ID?
You can request to have your 365 online User ID sent to your mobile by text message free of charge.
Simply free-text the word User to 50365.

To use this service with your Personal Current Account you will need to:

  • Ensure that your mobile number is linked to only one User ID.
  • Register your mobile to receive security codes.
