How do I change my address on my Credit Card?

The quickest way to change your address is by using online banking. Log into the Bank of Ireland App or 365 online. Open your 'Profile' screen then, select 'Change address'.

The accounts listed on the change address screen are ones you have already registered online using the Bank of Ireland app or 365 online.

• Accounts not listed online

  If any of your accounts are not listed, you can add them yourself. Add accounts to view online.

  You can also change your address by calling us on 0818 365 365. Credit card customers can call on 0818 251 251. (Lines are open 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday. You can also visit us in your nearest branch.

Business customers

If you are a business customer in the Republic of Ireland and you are not registered for 365 online, please contact your Business Advisor. They can help you with your address change.

If you are a Business On Line customer, you will need to send a separate instruction to update the address associated with Business On Line.
