Are you a registered 365 online customer?
If you are a registered 365 online customer, you can complete a Change of Address request online for personal sole accounts via the online service desk. Please log in to 365 online to complete your request.
If you are a Bank of Ireland Personal Customer in the Republic of Ireland
Print and complete the "change of details" form
Please note: No faxed forms will be accepted for change of personal details
If you hold interest bearing account, please provide proof of your new address to your account holding branch
Post your documents, including proof of your new address to your account holding branch. Please note your request will take between 3-7 working days to process
