Visit a Branch

You may wish to call into your local branch.

Find your nearest branch

There is some documentation you may be able to bring when you visit the branch e.g. proof of identification and proof of address. We will also need a certified copy of proof of death and a copy of the will.

If you visit a branch the staff member will take documentation from you. It is likely they will also ring our dedicated Bereavement Support team, which will ensure you get the best support and information.
