When you contact Customer Loan Solutions our dedicated team will review and assess your situation and look at the options which may be available to you – whether that’s giving you a hand in the short term, or setting you up for long term assistance.
In some cases, a financial challenge is temporary and you might just need some time to get back on your feet. While in others, the challenge is more long term. In long term cases, you may need extra help to review and restructure your financial arrangements (loans, credit cards, mortgages). Our team are experienced, empathetic and ready to help without judgement.
Assistance with your Credit Card, Loan or Overdraft
Please contact us if you are having difficulties paying the payments that are due on your Bank of Ireland credit card or loan, or you’re having trouble managing your overdraft.
The sooner we know about any problems you’re having, the sooner we can work together to find the best solution to get you back in control of your finances.
If you do not satisfy the repayment terms of your credit or loan arrangement, your account will go into arrears. This may have an impact on your credit rating, limiting your future access to credit, a hire-purchase arrangement, a consumer-hire agreement, or an NPL agreement.
