We will always treat your comments with respect and privacy. All information posted by Bank of Ireland representatives is correct at time of post and may be subject to change.

No comments made by any employee, agent or contractor of Bank of Ireland or any user should be construed as financial, investment or other specialist advice or as recommendations.

What we expect from you

We expect all users to our social media sites to behave in a well-mannered and reasonable way at all times. Personal abuse will not be tolerated. Any comments that are deemed to be abusive will be removed and you may be blocked from the social media site.

We would also ask that for privacy reasons, you refrain from using personal names of or information relating to any Bank of Ireland staff member in public threads.

We will take any feedback you have on board but the staff name/information will need to be removed from the public thread.
