As a Bank of Ireland Life policyholder, you may be aware that Bank of Ireland Life is a trading name of New Ireland. We have developed a new customer portal – ‘mynewireland’ – which you can access as a Bank of Ireland Life customer.

On ‘mynewireland’, you can manage your policy simply, securely and conveniently.

If you are a Bank of Ireland mobile app user, you can already see all your Bank of Ireland Life policy values on the app. But ‘mynewireland’ enables you to manage your policy and make simple requests.

By registering and logging into ‘mynewireland’, you can:

  • View your policy details 24/7
  • Download policy summaries
  • Make updates, changes and requests easily
  • View and track your fund performance on Fund Centre.

Ready to start?

To register, simply click on the link below. You will need your Bank of Ireland Life policy number to complete the registration. You can find your policy number on any documents we have sent you. You will get a confirmation email when your account is set up.

This link will bring you into the “mynewireland login page” for registration.

Coming close to retirement

You can now submit your retirement claim through our customer portal, mynewireland in just a few quick steps. Throughout your online retirement claim, you’ll be guided from start to finish, saving you time and creating a simple and stress-free experience.

On mynewireland you can review your policies, start your claim and upload the required documents. It will then behanded over to your chosen Financial Advisor who will complete the next steps. You can then track the status of your retirement claim, keeping you informed every step of the way.

Your Financial Advisor will also be available to guide you through the process and provide advice and support when you need it.

Visit www.newireland.ie/mynewireland to sign up or log in to your mynewireland account to access your policy information and start your retirement claim journey.

Annual Benefit Statement

Each year we send all our policyholders an Annual Benefit Statement that provides important information on how their policy is performing. This statement will includes a recent policy value and lists any investment funds attached to the policy. Further information on fund performance and the views of our leading fund managers are available on the website and can be accessed by accessing the fund centre below.

Fund Centre

Up to date performance on your chosen pension funds are available via our fund centre.

To access the Fund Centre click here

Click on the fund name to be brought to the fund factsheet. The factsheet contains important information on the fund including up- to- date performance and asset split. You can access this factsheet at any time through the Bank of Ireland website. Performance is updated daily.
