As of March 31st 2021, the Card Care service has been discontinued.
From now all personal credit card customers who wish to continue managing their personal credit cards online will be able to do so on our 365 online service. Click here to find out more about our online services and how you can set up your 365 online profile.
What do I need to do to continue managing my credit card?
I’m an existing 365 Online Banking customer and my credit card account is registered to my 365 profile.
If you are an existing 365 Online banking customer, and your credit card account is registered to your 365 profile, you do not need to take any action as you will continue to be able to view transactions, monthly statements, and make payments through 365 Online banking as you do today.
I already have a 365 profile but my credit card account is not registered
If you already have 365 Online banking simply add your credit card to your 365 profile to allow you to continue to view your transactions, monthly statements, and make payments. Follow these steps to add your credit card to your 365 profile:
Step 1: Log in to Banking 365 on either your banking app or browser
Step 2: Select Services
Step 3: Scroll down to Manage Accounts section and select “Add your account or policy”
Step 4: In “Add your account or policy” select ‘Credit Card’ and enter your 16 digit card number and date of birth.
