Complaints procedure

Bank of Ireland Insurance Services Limited and our insurance partners do everything possible to ensure that you receive the highest standard of service.

  • If you wish to make a complaint you may do so by writing to Bank of Ireland, Customer Complaints Team, Floor 1, Newlands Cross Business Centre, Clondalkin, Dublin 22 D22 W324.

European Online Dispute Resolution Platform

If you arranged your policy with us online and have been unable to contact us you may wish to register your complaint through the European Online Dispute Resolution platform.

Your complaint will then be re-directed to the Financial Services and Pensions Ombudsman and to us to resolve. There may be a short delay before we receive it.
